Below are the tango classes that we are currently offering in 2010 and the dates. We would love to see you in one of these classes.

Each session will be offered at the same location and same time. The capacity is 16 people (8 couples) per class. Please come 10 minutes early to register.
Session Price: $75 pp
$60 pp (for our existing students)
$50 pp (with valid student ID)

Class Descriptions:
Tango Fundamentals
Beginning and intermediate dancers alike... This session will focus on technique for the foundations of Tango. We will work on the walk, leading and following technique, various ways of shifting weight and turning on your axis. Each class will include 75 minutes of instruction followed by 15 minutes of guided practice.
Milonga Basics
We will work on the tango fundamentals in the first two classes where you will learn or review leading and following technique, cross and parallel system walks. Last 3 classes we will focus on the musicality of Milonga and Milonga basics. Each class will include 75 minutes of instruction followed by 15 minutes of guided practice.
Sacadas (Displacements)
This session will focus on loose leg concept. We will introduce side and front sacadas. You will learn how to integrate them into your dancing. As prerequisite, You need to have tango fundamentals class under your belt or have a good understanding of axis, lead and follow, cross and parallel systems, and ochos.
Boleos
This session will continue to focus on loose leg concept. We will introduce boleos. You will learn how to integrate them into your dancing. As prerequisite, You need to have tango fundamentals class under your belt or have a good understanding of axis, lead and follow, cross and parallel systems, and ochos.
Drags and Wraps
We will work on the tango fundamentals in the first two classes where you will learn or review leading and following technique, cross and parallel system walks. This session will continue to focus on loose leg concept. We will introduce first drags than wraps. We will also present several ways to use them on the dance floor and always intrigue your mind to create your own combination.
Giro and Paradas
We will work on the tango fundamentals in the first two classes where you will learn or review leading and following technique, cross and parallel system walks, and pivoting. Giro is a turning step that a leader guides a follower through. It will reinforce the pivoting technique. Parada means stop. We will learn different way to stop our step then continue in the same or different directions.
Paradas and Adornments
We will work on the tango fundamentals in the first two classes where you will learn or review leading and following technique, cross and parallel system walks, and pivoting. Parada means stop in Spanish. You will learn different ways to stop your movement then continue in the same or different directions. During this session, we will also show you how to add adornments into your dancing without breaking the flow of the dance.
Practice, practice and more practice
We have Tuesday Milonga right after the class. It is the perfect opportunity to put your Tango into practice.
